To get the most benefit through stretching, a Stretch Coach is essential! Besides being knowledgeable, fun, and friendly, our Stretch Coaches are trained in PNF Stretching. These resistance stretches are completed with you and your assisted Stretching Coach working together as one unit to get the best results.
Many stretches that we perform you would not be able to do on your own and could cause yourself further injury if attempted.
Our Coaches are Stretch and Flexibility certified, meaning they have gone through extensive training to make sure you are safe and progressing each week.

To sign up for Stretch And Flex, please fill out the Wellness Screening Form or get a copy in person at the front desk. At the bottom of the form, please indicate that you are interested in Stretch and Flex and whether you have a preferred coach. From there, a coach will reach out to schedule your initial screening.

A FREE safe and effective research-based Small Group Training Program for Breast Cancer Survivors following the University of Pennsylvania PAL (Physical Activity and Lymphedema Study) protocol. PALS for Life welcomes anyone who has been affected by breast cancer. A doctor referral and consultation with a physical therapist is required to participate.
