Upper Valley Aquatic Center takes pride in supporting our community. We know YOU do too! When you donate desperately needed blood, it is another way you can give to those you love.

Help us honor our PALS for Life cancer survivors!

Blood transfusions are often needed throughout cancer treatment, as bone marrow may not be producing enough platelets. Your donation continually helps countless individuals fight cancer, and supports them in treatment and recovery.

Red Cross Classes

The Upper Valley Aquatic Center offers a full spectrum of American Red Cross courses for individuals and organizations who need group training. We have seasonal training for all of your safety needs. CPR/AED/FIRST AID, Lifeguard Certification, Re-certification. Our resident Red Cross Director can even come to your camp, school, business, or center to certify your staff.
