Shed and Shred is an intensive eight-week training program for weight loss, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Programming intertwines foundational movements with high-intensity interval training. Train with up to six other people and a personal trainer to see huge changes in your overall strength, cardio and nutrition fundamentals. Perfect for people of all fitness levels and abilities. We will work with you from where you are. Meet your goals and learn how to overcome plateaus.
