Group Fitness Training Designed to Improve Comfort with Movement

For those who enjoy exercise in a moderately paced group environment. You will learn proper form, improve your endurance, coordination, strength, and balance! This structured, modifiable, group training program will enable you to feel progress and understand the training that is best for you. If you have concerns about participating in a group exercise class, this is a perfect stepping stone for you. From obstacle courses, interval training, prehab/rehab-based themes, to weight and bodyweight training, your body will experience challenge and FUN!


  • August 17-October 19  In-Person only
  • October 26-December 24 (no class on Thanksgiving)
  • January 4-February 26
  • March 8-April 30

8-week sessions*
$320 members
$420 non-members (includes membership)

*$25 First-time Consultation Fee (includes initial 30 minute individual meeting with a trainer prior to first session). For recurring participants enrolled in the program, no consultation is required.

Program Includes

  • FREE Fitness Assessment and get answers to your questions about an appropriate path to fitness to maximize your time during your time in Steps. Sign up at front desk (allow two weeks before start date)
  • Required orientation
  • 2 workout sessions a week with trainer
  • Optimal physical training for strengthening and maintaining healthy body composition
  • Individual attention with the support of a small regular group
  • Day-off workout assignments
