The screen offers diverse workout programming, including 29 different workouts and fitness tests. You can also set it for various times, distances, or calories burned. It has a built in heart rate monitor in the easy-to-use handles. For an extra challenge, there is an adjustable incline from 0-15% for faster calorie burn, increased muscle definition, and less pressure on the knees. The treadmill has a speed range from 0.5 – 14 mph, making it great for everyone from serious runners to walkers. Lastly, the treadmill belt has a special feature for shock absorption, lessening the impact of exercise on the joints.

Assault Air Bike

You may have seen this strange looking bike by the rowing machine downstairs, but are unsure how to use it or what it is for. It offers seven programs ranging from Tabata interval sessions to a “build your own workout” based on calories, distance, time, or heart rate to match your fitness needs. It works both your arms and legs at the same time, so you can get an effective cardio burn and a strength workout at the same time. If you are looking for a great workout, whether it be for weight loss, cardio, body toning, or rehab, this is definitely worth trying out.
