Tribe KIDS™ is our fun youth fitness class that builds fit, healthy and confident kids.
- •One 50-minute workout session per week with a TRIBE Team Coach
- •Workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises
- •Teamwork games and challenges
- •Registration begins four weeks from start date

Your MyZone Activity tracker keep records of ALL your workouts with an easy to use app on your smart phone. It keeps track of your heart rate percentages, calories burned, and MyZone Effort Points (MEPs)!
