- •Combining athletic, aerobic movements with functional strength exercises
- •For individuals of intermediate to advanced fitness levels
- •Myzone strap encouraged but not required
HEALTHY, FIT, CONFIDENT.
Tribe KIDS™ is our fun youth fitness class that builds fit, healthy and confident kids.
- •One 50-minute workout session per week with a TRIBE Team Coach
- •Workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises
- •Teamwork games and challenges
- •Registration begins four weeks from start date
