- Favorite Equipment: I love using the TRX and free weights. The more we can use our own weight as resistance, the better!

My Fitness Philosophy: I believe in using fitness as a tool to improve your overall health and enhance everyday life. Whether that’s training to become faster for a sport or lifting weights to better carry grandchildren, I believe being active is key at any age!
