Our Aquatic Personal Training is a proactive approach to getting into exercise or recovering from an injury. Aquatic exercises are safe, effective, and fun for all ages and athletic abilities.
Available in 30 and 60 minute sessions. 30-minute sessions only available for Members.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
A UVAC member that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 24-hour notice is given. You can make these changes by contacting your trainer directly. Members will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no show appointments.
Payments
Payment for sessions is required to be made by the member on or before the date of the session. If a member has no session inventory, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for sessions will be charged to the member’s credit card on file with UVAC under the personal training agreement. In addition, charges for sessions which are used but not otherwise paid for, will be charged to the credit card on file.

Small Group Training
A FREE safe and effective research-based Small Group Training Program for Breast Cancer Survivors following the University of Pennsylvania PAL (Physical Activity and Lymphedema Study) protocol. PALS for Life welcomes anyone who has been affected by breast cancer. A doctor referral and consultation with a physical therapist is required to participate.
