BE Fit Physical Therapy has been providing excellent orthopedic and sport rehabilitation since starting in Hanover in 2009. They have developed a strong following throughout the Upper Valley, and are excited to expand the availability of their services to the West Lebanon / White River Junction community.

We the majority of all the insurances in this area and our knowledgeable staff can assist you with any insurance questions you may. Additionally, some insurances have a referral process and we can help guide you in how to get all this setup prior to any appointments with us. Eric obtained his Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology from Swarthmore College, and later completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions. Eric gained extensive orthopedic experience in the Boston area, with a focus on returning the recreational athlete to their favorite activities and maximizing the post-operative recovery process. Eric is an avid biker and also enjoys backpacking, basketball, and snowboarding. Most of all, he enjoys making his wife and two young children smile at their home in Plainfield. Steven is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He has worked with patients in outpatient orthopedic settings since 2008, first as a licensed physical therapist assistant and then as a physical therapist. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and athletic levels, and has particular interest in neck and back conditions. He is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is a member of the McKenzie Institute USA. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and its orthopedic section. Steven lives with his wife in Norwich, VT, where he enjoys cross country skiing and mountain biking. Kevin graduated summa cum laude from University of Vermont with a B.S. in nutrition and food science in 2009. He continued on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. Kevin has practiced in an outpatient orthopedic clinic since 2011, serving the lakes region of New Hampshire. During that time, he also worked with student-athletes at Brewster Academy, helping them to return to all types and levels of competition. In his free time, Kevin is an endurance sport enthusiast, having completed a dozen marathons, several 70.3 half-iron distance triathlons, and one full Ironman in Boulder, CO. As new residents of the Upper Valley, Kevin and his wife are excited to swim, bike, run, hike, and Nordic ski with this active community.
