Patrick Foley

I am incredibly happy to be a part of the coaching staff at Upper Valley Aquatics.  I have been coaching with UVAC for about 9 months now and it has been a pleasure getting to know each one of your swimmers, parents, coaches, and all the staff as well.  There is a great overall core value that UVAC takes pride in, and I am happy to be a part of the culture that surrounds us here at UVAC.   

I spent my early years and adolescence moving around the country, but one constant that followed me everywhere I moved to was swimming. Wherever we relocated, my parents always helped me find a swim team, lake, pond, ocean, or river to release my inner peace! 

Swimming is my favorite sport to participate in and my favorite one to coach as well. I have swum for summer league teams, YMCA’s, various sized club teams, and even swam in college competitively as well.  

Apart from my role as an assistant swim coach, my wife Christine and I have two children, Aurora, and Paul (who swim at UVAC!).  We moved to Grantham, New Hampshire in the spring of 2024 and absolutely love living out here!   

My goal as a coach is to work with you and your swimmer in a positive manner to help them reach their full potential as athletes and teammates at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center.
