More about Maryam

Maryam has been teaching various group exercise classes for almost 28 years. She now has focused her practice on Pilates Mat, Reformer and Aquatics. Maryam’s classes encourage mind on the body in every moment and are based on understanding how to stabilize a joint or muscle before mobilizing it. This not only reduces the chance of injury, it also may help the body with a better range of motion, less pain and doing more in day-to-day life.
