Jennifer Baxter, SHRM-CP

Jennifer Joined UVAC in September of 2021 as the Finance Director. She has over thirty years of experience in finance and human resources across several industries, including health and wellness, tourism and hospitality, municipal government, commercial lighting, and public transportation. Jennifer has also owned and operated her own business. She owned a hospitality property in Killington, Vermont called The Vermont Inn. Jennifer is an experienced and credentialed Human Resource professional from SHRM and has held a SHRM-CP Certification since December of 2016.

Jennifer is involved in her community, currently as the Treasurer of The Scotland House, Vice President of the Friends of the Norman Williams Public Library, and an active board member of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer grew up in North Brunswick, NJ and then raised her family in Hopewell Township, New Jersey prior to moving to Vermont in 2006. She attended Middlesex County College and Rutgers University, studying Finance and Business Administration.

Jennifer enjoys fitness indoors and outdoors. She likes to hike, alpine and cross-country ski, snow shoe, and road bike. She lives with her husband in Woodstock, Vermont.
