More about Christine

Christine has been a swimming instructor for thirteen years. She has worked with students from all levels of swimming, including itty bitty infant beginners to age group swim teamers to seasoned triathlon running adults. She loves every stage of swimming, and really enjoys helping swimmers refine their skills. She has enjoyed working with special needs classes and swimmers who think they’re too old too learn but end up winning races on the swim team.

We are all different, and the way water feels for us is different–one of Christine’s primary goals is to help swimmers figure out how to make that feeling work for them to move them through the water. Spending time with the swimmers through helping them improve their strokes and build lasting discipline and passion, is extremely rewarding to her. Right now, I’m attending RPI in hopes of getting my PhD, and any chance I get to spend time utilizing my instructor, lifeguarding, first aid, and water safety certifications is a welcomed break from that.
