Carole has been teaching the joy of a yoga practice to many students from years of personal study and practice through her trainings in the Iyengar method of yoga. She has completed two extensive Teacher Training Programs which included Asana, Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy. Carole has studied with many different Iyengar Teachers, even taking her to India to study yoga and chanting. Her classes focus on balance and strength, while working with everyone’s ability. She loves sharing her passion for yoga with her students.
Carole enjoys spending time outdoors biking, hiking, and traveling in her camper van on road-trips. She can also be found at home in the woods creating beautiful baskets.
