Matt Young

Matt joined our team in 2018 as our Customer Service Assistant Director. Since then he has served as our Operations Director and has most recently become Associate Executive Director. He values the strong relationships that he has cultivated with our members, guests, and employees. Matt eagerly takes on new challenges and works diligently to aid the Upper Valley Aquatic Center in its mission.

Before UVAC, Matt worked as an educator, administrator, as well as a program coordinator for approximately 12 years. He grew up in Hanover, NH and has deep roots in the area with its various organizations and people. Matt attended Springfield College in Massachusetts where he studied Athletic Training and Communications. Matt and his wife April lived in Virginia Beach for seven years and moved back home to settle down and raise their daughters, Piper and Lillian. Among his greatest passions are music and sports.
