All Team Members are required to be USA Swimming members. ($100 annually, paid directly to USA Swimming)

If not already registered for 2025, instructions will be sent the first week of practice.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide a safe environment that supports the needs of our swimmers from entry-level through college and beyond. We introduce individuals to the Swim Team by emphasizing fun, love of swimming, and impeccable skill achievement. We strive for commitment in the pool, classroom, and all aspects of life as age appropriate, in order to become great citizens and students.

We work for our swimmers to become successful student athletes and to master essential life skills such as time management, work ethic, commitment, goal setting, and especially emotional intelligence including: self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy for others. We will facilitate the growth of each individual member through our commitment to these life skills.

Training Opportunities for Athletes of All Sports

Know of a displaced swimmer in the area? Is your sport not training as usual this Spring or Summer? UVAC Swim Team has training opportunities for all athletes from beginner through college. Swimming is the best cross-training for any sport and the safest sport around! We have levels at all ages whether you want to try a new sport, cross-train or prepare for Olympic Trials. Senior and College training groups have dryland sessions available in addition to in-water training. New members can join all year round.
