Sydney has been teaching Reformer Pilates for over five years, bringing a supportive and encouraging energy to every session. She began her teaching journey at a boutique studio in Burlington, VT, where she developed a strong foundation and a passion for helping others move with intention, confidence, and connection to their bodies. With experience leading group classes, private sessions, and semi-privates, Sydney tailors each workout to meet her client's needs and goals. She enjoys watching her students build strength, comfort in their movement, and lasting progress over time.  
   
Creating a welcoming and uplifting space is essential for Sydney, as she helps individuals challenge themselves, reconnect with their bodies, and feel proud of what they’re capable of. Whether you're brand new to Pilates, returning after a time away, or looking for a mindful way to build full-body strength, Sydney is committed to meeting you where you are and guiding you forward, one session at a time.
