Katherine has been dancing since she was three years old, teaching since eighth grade, and has been teaching zumba for three years! She loves getting to interact with all her participants while encouraging a healthy lifestyle, a positive group exercise environment and most importantly having FUN!
Katherine is currently a NICU nurse at DHMC and in her spare time loves reading, knitting, watching movies, and dancing!
She knows dancing can feel intimidating, but strongly believes that everyone can dance if they have a willingness to try, a positive attitude, and good music!
