BE Fit has been providing excellent orthopedic and sport rehabilitation since starting in Hanover in 2009. They have developed a strong following throughout the Upper Valley, and are excited to have expanded the availability of their services to the West Lebanon / White River Junction community by adding a full clinic inside the Upper Valley Aquatic Center in 2017. The convenience of having your physical therapist available right at your workout location has been great for many members. All services are now available at both locations.
BE Fit Physical Therapy’s mission is to ensure that their patients and clients achieve their orthopedic, functional, and sport-specific goals through the provision of high quality physical therapy care and patient education. BE Fit has a variety of appointments available to help work with your schedule Monday through Friday, including early and late times. When you are in pain, what matters most is how quickly you can be seen. We accept the vast majority of health insurances utilized in this area, and our knowledgeable staff can assist you with any insurance questions you may have. Additionally, some insurances have a referral process required, and we can help guide you in how to get this set up prior to any appointments with us. Eric obtained his Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology from Swarthmore College, and later completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions. Eric gained extensive orthopedic experience in the Boston area, with a focus on returning the recreational athlete to their favorite activities and maximizing the post-operative recovery process. Eric is an avid biker and also enjoys backpacking, basketball, and snowboarding. Most of all, he enjoys making his wife and two young children smile at their home in Plainfield. [email protected]
Steven is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He has worked with patients in outpatient orthopedic settings since 2008, first as a licensed physical therapist assistant and then as a physical therapist. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and athletic levels, and has particular interest in neck and back conditions. He is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is a member of the McKenzie Institute USA. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and its orthopedic section. Steven lives with his wife in Norwich, VT, where he enjoys cross country skiing and mountain biking. Hannah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She went to Colby-Sawyer College for her Undergraduate where she received a degree in Exercise Science. A lifelong athlete, she was a four sport athlete in high school and participated on both the Varsity Swimming and Diving and Track and Field Team at Colby-Sawyer. While at Colby-Sawyer she had the pleasure of having an internship at BE Fit and is excited to be back as part of the team. Hannah has always had a passion for sports and physical activity which led her to physical therapy. She grew up teaching swim lessons and coached the UVAC swim team at both Colby-Sawyer and UVAC. She enjoys treating individuals of all backgrounds for musculoskeletal issues, and also has certifications in Pelvic Health physical therapy from Herman Wallace and from the American Physical Therapy Association. She has a background in outpatient physical therapy and is excited to help residents of the Upper Valley get back to what they love to do. When she is not working you can find her at the pool, hiking, skiing, or training for her next ultramarathon with her husband. [email protected]
