Fitness Center Age Policies
- Under 12 Years of Age - Not allowed in the Fitness Center
- 12 & 13 Year Olds - Allowed in the Fitness Center, but a parent must be present. Must complete an orientation.
- 14 & 15 Year Olds - Allowed in the Fitness Center, without a parent. Must complete an orientation. We require that an Orientation is completed within a month of joining.

Whether you're new to the fitness scene or looking to improve your technique, our Fitness Team will guide you through how to use the equipment safely and effectively for the best results. Come dressed and ready to exercise!
