Karen Cox

Karen Cox is a UVAC Swim School instructor. Her experience as a mother of five children makes her a perfect addition to the lesson program. Karen and her husband Kevin live in Hartland and are proud parents of many soccer players and a Vermont State Swim Champion!

Her daughter Hannah used to swim competitively on the UVAC team and went to the Olympic Trials! Karen is devoted to discovering new ways to connect with children, inspiring confidence and relaxation in the water. Her motto is “Jump in and join the fun!” Karen has been ASCA trained in SwimAmerica lessons and is working towards Level 1 coaching certification. She brings a wonderful amount of energy and experience to the UVAC Learn-To-Swim Program.
