This 12-week class is designed for those who are candidates for knee or hip joint replacement surgery and want to increase their odds for a smooth recovery. Developed from research on joint mechanics, aging, neuro-plasticity and brain health. Workouts will be twice a week, exploring land exercise Tuesdays and UVAC’s Warm Water Pool Thursdays.
