If you have a Personal Trainer, our Wellness Specialist can collaborate with you and your trainer to best support your health and fitness goals!

Total Accountability Package

This 4-week package is for anyone who wants total accountability in achieving their health goals. It includes one initial 60-minute consultation, three 30-minute follow-up appointments, and weekly support and/or food log review through email or text. $325 Member/$375 Non-Member

Sampler Package

Not sure whether nutrition counseling is for you? This 2-week package includes one 60-minute initial nutrition consultation to discuss health goals and strategies to meet these goals, and one 30-minute follow-up. $175 Member/$200 Non-Member

  • 1 x 60-minute consultation via Zoom
  • 1 x 30-minute follow-up appointment via Zoom

Meal Plan Package

This 4-week package includes one 60-minute initial nutrition consultation to discuss health goals and current eating habits. A 2-week custom meal plan and grocery list will be created based on the initial meeting. A 30-minute follow up session will happen at 2 weeks and adjustments will be made to the meal plan accordingly. A second follow-up session will occur at the end of the 4 weeks. $340 Member/$390 Non-Member

  • 2 x 30-minute follow-up appointments via Zoom
Work with Grace Stott, UVAC Wellness Specialist, to achieve your wellness goals by focusing on prevention rather than treatment. She has experience with individuals of all backgrounds and health conditions. She will meet you where you are and help you from there.

Diet Evaluation & Recommendation

Don’t want to commit to a nutrition program but still want to improve your diet? This plan might be for you! Clients will send in a 3-day food log (instructions provided) and receive recommendations and strategies via an email. $50 Member/$60 Non-Member

  • Recommendation and strategies via 1 email

One 60-minute session

In this stand-alone session, you can discuss any of your nutrition and wellness concerns and goals and discuss strategies to meet these goals. $115 Member/$125 Non-Member

  • 1 x 60-minute consultation via Zoom

One 30-minute follow-up session

This option gives you the opportunity to follow up to discuss the progress you have made and identify any areas that need further adjustments. This is also a good time to reevaluate your goals and strategize your next steps to success! $65 Member/$70 Non-Member

  • 1 x 30-minute follow-up appointment via Zoom

4 x 30-minute follow-up sessions

Save money by purchasing four sessions at once. Thirty-minute sessions give you the opportunity to follow up to discuss the progress you have made and identify any areas that need further adjustments. This is also a good time to reevaluate your goals and strategize your next steps to success! $225 Member/$250 Non-Member
