Neurokinetic Therapy

Movement therapy focusing on root causes of pain and dysfunction

NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT) can be used as both an assessment tool and rehabilitative technique for chronic pain and injury. It is very effective for treatment of pain in the low back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, and feet; NKT is also used for improving walking/running gait, correcting poor posture, preventing injury, and enhancing athletic performance. For many, treatment can result in nearly instantaneous relief from pain and discomfort.

What people are saying about NKT:

“Chronic, nagging pain sucks. It dragged on for 5 months, impacted my ability to run pain-free, and began to limit my activities. After trying the ‘ignore it’ route (that never works by the way), an orthopedic consult, P/T, rest, medications, and even a shot into the joint, identifying the source of my pain remained a mystery. John Grainger recommended I give NKT a try. Wow! Within a very short period of time, some simple exercises & trigger point release, my pain was fully resolved and I am back to running 14 miles pain free. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with chronic pain or motion dysfunction consider a NKT evaluation with UVAC training staff.” –Pam Kidder, Wilder, VT
