Our screening will look at your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, upper and lower body strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.
To sign up for the assessment, please fill out the Fitness Assessment Inquiry Form. You may also get the Fitness Assessment Inquiry Form at the Welcome Desk. A trainer will contact you to set up your appointment once you have submitted your form.
Your MyZone Activity tracker keep records of ALL your workouts with an easy to use app on your smart phone. It keeps track of your heart rate percentages, calories burned, and MyZone Effort Points (MEPs)! MEPs are used to make your effort normalized based on age and gender. Are you on the fence about whether to start personal training, Shed and Shred, or a Group Exercise Class due to an injury or your current physical condition? Take time to meet with our training staff and learn the fitness path that is right for you maximize your time at UVAC. Assessments are free and only take 45-60 minutes!
