“Just wanted to say thank you for your kind, thorough and supportive fitness assessment on Monday. Obviously, it was a big and difficult step for me, and you made me feel encouraged to take-on this next journey.” Happy UVAC Member
“I am so glad I got my fitness assessment done at UVAC. I won’t lie, I was VERY nervous beforehand. I knew I wasn’t in the best shape ever and didn’t want to be reminded of it. But with Anna’s kindness and professionalism I was comfortable the whole time. I was truly impressed with the information I was able to learn about my body in such a short amount of time. It is very motivating to see my water percent intake. I started out actually doing somewhat well with that but have made it a point now to do better! I added an extra 33 ounces to my day which has increased my intake and made me smile. I also really enjoyed learning the difference between my muscle mass and my body fat percentage. I love watching the muscle go up and the fat go down! The assessment really did motivate me to change some of my habits and try to become a healthier version of myself. I recommend a fitness assessment to anyone who hasn’t done one already to do it!” –Summer Rogers, UVAC Welcome Desk Attendant and physical fitness convert
