TAI JI QUAN: MOVING FOR BETTER BALANCE®
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® (TJQMBB) is an evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults and people with balance disorders. It is exercise-based balance training designed to address postural instability and gait disorders, with integrated movement therapy. Affordable 13 or 26 week program meeting twice weekly. $120 for 13 weeks (members and non-members welcome, does not include a membership). Classes are held in the group exercise room.
